Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted learning support to students with a range of learning needs.
- Work with students individually and in small groups to enhance their academic progress.
- Develop and implement appropriate learning strategies and support plans.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with subject teachers to adapt learning activities and resources where required.
- Help students develop effective study skills, organisation, confidence, and independent learning strategies.
- Maintain appropriate records of students' progress and support provided.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and relevant staff regarding student development.
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment across the school.
- Participate in relevant meetings, training, and professional development activities.
